What you do with the VPS and how you run your business is completely up to you — we do not care, nor do we take any responsibility for your business operations, data, or software configurations.

👔 INFRASTRUCTURE ONLY: We solely rent out Virtual Private Servers (VPS). We do not provide business solutions, software management, or operational guidance. 💼 ZERO BUSINESS INVOLVEMENT: We are not your business partners. Any profit, loss, data breach, or operational failure related to your projects or business activities rests 100% on your shoulders. 🛡️ NO USAGE INTERFERENCE: As long as your activities comply with the law, we do not monitor or restrict your specific business choices.
2. 🛠️ 02 | STRICTLY HARDWARE SUPPORT
⚙️ HARDWARE & NETWORK ONLY: Our technical support is strictly limited to VPS hardware failures and core network connectivity issues originating from our systems. 💻 NO SOFTWARE ASSISTANCE: We do not troubleshoot, install, or fix third-party software, tools, or bot setups. If your server crashes or slows down due to your own application, viruses, or misconfiguration, no support or compensation will be provided. ❌ WARRANTY VOID: Altering core Windows services or breaking the default OS environment automatically voids any support obligations from our side.
3. ⚖️ 03 | ACCEPTABLE USE & RESTRICTIONS
🚫 ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED: Fraud, gambling, phishing, or any illegal acts are strictly forbidden. Detection will lead to immediate seizure of the VPS and a permanent, non-refundable ban. ⛏️ RESOURCE EXHAUSTION: While basic cryptocurrency mining is allowed, constantly maxing out 100% CPU/resources to the point of threatening overall node stability may result in immediate suspension. We guarantee no stability for mining tasks. ⛔ NON-TRANSFERABLE: You may not buy, sell, or trade your VPS units, support roles, or account access to third parties.
4. 💳 04 | REFUNDS & COMPENSATION
💳 ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY: Cash refunds are strictly not offered under any circumstances. In case of unresolved ordering issues from our end, refunds are issued strictly as store credit (balance). ⏱️ DOWNTIME COMPENSATION: If a confirmed hardware or network error on our end cannot be resolved within 24 hours, you will be compensated with additional usage time credited to your active VPS timeline.
