🤝 SERVICE GOODWILL: While these policies are active, we aim to be flexible. If your business VPS encounters minor issues, we will still provide support. However, please note that no time compensation will be provided for downtime caused by your own software errors.
🔄 HARDWARE REPLACEMENT: If a hardware fault is confirmed, we can replace the VPS for you. We also support replacement upon request. However, if the issue persists after 2–3 replacements, it is likely due to user-side configuration or software. In such cases, further replacements will not be granted.

🎁 002 | COMPENSATION: If a reported error is not resolved within 24 hours, one day of service will be credited to your account.

⚠️ 004 | USER RESPONSIBILITY: Do not modify default Windows services or applications. We do not provide warranty coverage for errors resulting from such changes.
⛏️ 005 | CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING POLICY: While mining is not strictly banned, we only support basic start/stop operations. If mining activities cause 100% CPU/resource overload, the VPS may be suspended. We do not guarantee mining stability or performance.
🚫 006 | PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (ILLEGAL ACTS): Using VPS for gambling, fraud, or any illegal activities is strictly forbidden. If detected, the VPS will be seized immediately, and the user will be permanently banned without a refund.
