You will receive notifications before your rental expires. You can extend your rental at any time from your dashboard. If the rental expires without renewal, your server access will be suspended, but your data will be preserved for a grace period to allow you to back up your files.

You can reach our support team by creating a ticket from the Support page in your dashboard. We also offer support through our Discord server. Our team typically responds within a few hours during business hours.

Currently, server specifications cannot be changed during an active rental. If you need a different configuration, you can create a new rental with the desired specs and migrate your data. Contact support if you need assistance with migration.

Yes. Each rental provides an isolated environment with dedicated resources. We use encrypted connections for all data transfers, and your server is accessible only through your authenticated credentials. We do not access your server data unless required for maintenance with prior notification.
